Advantages:

Приехали ночью, заселили без проблем. Квартира отличная, супер телик, чисто, без посторонних запахов, хорошо проветривается, кондей не включали.

Disadvantages:

Место очень гористое, без машины до моря добираться такое себе, особенно обратно. Это единственный минус.
