Домик находиться запеределами города пгт Гаспра. Рядом находиться санаторий "Днепр" и санаторий "Родина" возле Ласточкиного гнезда в 15 минуте ходьбы. В тихом месте поскольку находиться в курортной зоне. До моря 15 - 20 минут хоть бы пляж галька. В домике есть постоянная горячая и холодная вода. Есть свой маленький дворик там можно кушать и отдыхать. Есть 2 туалета и 2 душа, один туалет и душ находиться на улице, и есть в доме туалет и душ. На кухне газ.
Рядом есть магазины продуктов, авто мойка, хоз товары, овощной базар. Смена белья происходить после каждого клиента. Приглашаем к нам в гости.

Рядом находиться санаторий "Днепр", санаторий"Родина", кафе"Изумруд", почта, магазин продуктов.

Отдыхали в этом домике, все классно, были в 3 дом на 5 человек место хватит, купались на днепровском пляже самый чистый пляж, до моря идти минут 10 назад в гору есть лифт, все понравилось
