Advantages:

Очень красивый вид на море, много воздуха и простора. В номере есть все, что нужно для того, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Прекрасные хозяева.

Disadvantages:

С непривычки показался очень крутым подъем от моря к месту отдыха. На пляж спускаться удобно на лифте санатория "Родина" (30 руб в одну сторону) или по канатной дороге санатория "Марат" (250 р. в одну сторону)
