Рядом есть магазин, салон красоты, WB, Ozon, пекарня с вкусным кофе и выпечкой.

В 10 мин. ходьбы проходит «царская тропа» к Ливадийскому дворцу. До моря 25 мин. пешком, на машине — 10 мин.

В доме имеется 3 спальни (есть 4-я спальня, но она без мебели), холл, 2 санузла, смотровая терраса с видом на море и Ялту, где будет приятно выпить чашечку чая или кофе. Тёплые полы на первом этаже, на втором выложен экологичный паркет.
Во дворе имеется место для парковки автомобилей, а также мангал (не стационарный). По дополнительной просьбе предоставим шампура, казан, решётку.

Идеально подходит для семьи из 5-6 человек.

Мы предоставляем всю посуду, полотенца, постельное бельё.

Есть Wi-Fi.
