Гаспра - один из лучших курортных поселков южного побережья. Гора Ай-Петри надежно защищает поселок от холодных северных ветров в любое время года. Поселок получил статус всесоюзной здравницы России. Отдельное внимание уделяется болезням легких и восстановительному лечению.
Пешим ходом к морю (20-25) мин. кроме того в 200 м от дома канатная дорога к морским пляжам, парк Чаир, парк Марат, парк Ясная Поляна. В Гаспре можно посетить Ласточкино Гнездо, дворец Харакс (князя Г.М.Романова), крепость Харакс, Юсуповский дворец, санаторий
Ясная Поляна, мыс Ай-Тодор, канатная дорога на Ай-Петри и другие исторические и культурные места.
