У номера своя видовая терраса с диваном и своим двориком с мангалом и панорамой побережья. Своя парковка на несколько машин возле гостевого дома. В шаговой доступности достаточно много разных магазинов, салонов, баров, кафе, продуктовый рыночек с фруктами и овощами, мясо, молочка и др., большая детская площадка. Мы находимся в центре всех достопримечательностей, а у порога дома расположена "Царская тропа", где прогуливался Александр 1.
