Гостевой дом расположен в поселке Гаспра, на Южном берегу Крыма в 500 метрах от Царской (Солнечной) Тропы - где царская семья Романовых любила совершать по ней «6 верст 143 сажени пути здоровья» пешком или верхом - это лучший терренкур, протяжённостью 6, 7 км, проходит от имения Льва Толстова до самого Ливадийского дворца. Вблизи находится вся необходимая инфраструктура.

В Вашем распоряжении половина дома с отдельным входом, со всем необходимым внутри: на первом этаже кухня-столовая и санузел, на втором этаже спальня с видовым балконом на море и гору Ай-Петри и второй санузел.
