Advantages:

Замечательный сад, столик в тени субтропических растений. В шаговой доступности продуктовые магазины. Цены приятно удивляют. Парковка автомобиля удобная и безопасная. Вокруг много достопримечательностей. "Ласточкино гнездо, гора Ай-Петри, Бирюзовое озеро. Очень приветливые и доброжелательные хозяева.
